In addition, she has been a diligent professional in lash extensions, lash lifts, and permanent makeup application for over ten years. Her business, Sugar Bae Salon, offers a variety of services including sugar waxing, facials, lash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow lamination, chemical peels, body peeling and whitening, dermaplaning, skin-tag removal, and even more!

 

Sugar Bae Salon is not only a favorite hub for many women to go for the majority of their beauty service needs, but it is also a training facility for other licensed professionals. Now, beauty professionals can come to Sugar Bae Salon for training and coaching opportunities in the areas of lash extension, lash lifts, spray tanning, sugaring, and waxing. Jer has been blissfully self-employed for eight years and, by spreading her wealth of knowledge, she hopes to empower other women to build their own six-figure businesses.

When asked about her greatest influence in life, Jer reflects fondly on how her Great Aunt Linda Daza Garcia positively impacted her mindset by reminding her to never give up on her skills and dreams. Her beloved Great Aunt had served as her rock for many years and was a great support for Jer throughout her young life. Although she has now passed, Jer allows her Great Aunt’s encouraging presence to live on through her own efforts to motivate and empower women in their business ventures. Jer’s path to success was not an easy one, and so she is dedicated to helping others meet their goals by providing them a proper education. Furthermore, she is committed to removing any guesswork in relation to the industry that was a barrier she was forced to navigate around in the beginning of her career.

When she is away from the office, Jer enjoys making valuable memories with her best friends and family members. Similarly, she loves to travel and explore the world in addition to reading self-improvement materials, listening to true crime stories, and building close relationships with those around her. Offering quality services to her clients and ensuring they are comfortable and feeling valued during their time at Sugar Bae Salon is her daily mission while at work.
